eT – emotional Tracking – something about feigns – a test plant
Before ratio, there is emotion. In the project »emotional tracking,« students in the department of sculpture at the Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin engaged with this idea. Using experiments of their own, scholarly and scientific texts, and in conversation with guests from a whole range of academic institutes, the artists discussed emotional expression and interpreted emotions. On the second floor of Freies Museum Berlin, they present the »Test Plant Emotional Tracking.« The focus is on the perception of emotions, and working with emotions. Project directors: Prof. Hannes Brunner, Nadja Schöllhammer (Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin) and Darius Bork, Marta San Gregorio (Freies Museum Berlin). The project is supported by the Mart Stam Gesellschaft and the Freies Museum Berlin.
